When do I need to order my wedding invitations? We recommend that you order your wedding stationery at least 3 months before your wedding date. This allows approximately 4 weeks to process your order and 6-8 weeks before your date to send them. Overseas guests will need to receive their wedding invite in time to make travel plans, you may want to send these wedding invites earlier or send Save the Date wedding cards. How many wedding invitations will I need? Keep in mind that most of your wedding invites will go to couples or families and a smaller amount to singles. You also should allow for mistakes when filling in your guests names, therefore, we recommend you order at least 10 more wedding invitations than you think you need. You can order extra wedding invitations at a later date but to avoid delays in sending them we strongly recommend that your quantities are sufficient at the time of order placement. Further recommended quantities: Order of Service/Mass Booklet ~ one booklet per couple and add 10-20 to that number. Wedding Reception Menus ~ a guide is 3-4 menus for a table of ten. Reception Place names ~ one per guest. Can I customise the design of my wedding invitations? Yes, you can. We can modify our own invitation styles or create a wedding invitation to your specifications. Please contact us with any specific requests you have for customising and we will do our best to facilitate your request. How long does it take from ordering stationery to delivery? Stationery orders take approximately 4-5 weeks to process. Once your stationery order is placed and deposit received we will send you proofs of all your stationery items within 10 days.
